Two young additions to the DSF

Ekiñe Velasco and Ainhoa Usandizaga are the two new additions to the Donostia Sustainability Forum (DSF).

Thanks to the grants for information and communication projects on climate change, funded by the Department of Environment and Hydraulic Works of the Diputación Foral de Gipuzkoa, Ekiñe and Ainhoa will be able to develop two projects at the Summer Courses Foundation to increase understanding of climate change, stimulate debate in this field and inspire and enthuse people of all ages, but mainly young people, about the positive impact that our actions can have on climate change. On the one hand, the main objective of Ekiñe 's project is to create an interactive map of Gipuzkoa on which emblematic places in each region will be highlighted, providing information on the influence of climate change in these areas from a positive perspective: What can we do to avoid it? On the other hand, Ainhoa's project will focus on the elaboration of an environmental calendar, in which contents and activities related to certain previously selected celebrations will be generated. Both projects hope to motivate young people to participate in the organised activities.
